Meshtastic turns small, inexpensive LoRa radios into an off-grid text messaging network. Every node repeats what it hears, so messages hop from radio to radio across town with no cell towers or internet. My node is a Station G2 on a pole about 12 feet up, running on solar power and a battery. It's on my home Wi-Fi, and a small server in the house passes what the G2 hears to this page every 5 minutes. Messages are never collected or shown here, only which nodes are on the air and how the G2 is doing. More about the node is in The Meshtastic node on the About page and on its project page.
My Station G2
Heard directly by the G2
Nodes the G2 heard straight from the sender, with no other radio relaying, in the last 24 hours. SNR is the signal-to-noise ratio of the last packet the G2 heard from that node directly; higher is stronger, and LoRa can still decode signals below 0 dB.
The mesh right now
Why some nodes aren't on the map: many Meshtastic users don't share their position, or share only a rough area. Positions shown here are rounded to about 100 meters.
| Node | Hardware | Role | Last heard | Hops to the G2 |
